This website is operated by DeepTechWorks LLC (“DeepTechWorks”, “we”, “us”).

Reading these pages needs no account and no form. We set no cookies, we run no analytics or advertising, and we use no tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so loading a page does not make a request to another company on your behalf.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, delivers the site and keeps standard server logs: typically the IP address a request came from, the time, the page requested and the browser type. They are used to run and secure the site, not to build a profile of you. Some pages also load a small script from Cloudflare that hides email addresses from spam robots. It does not track you.

When you write to us, including to apply for a role, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send, such as your name, CV, links and messages. We use it to reply to you, to consider your application and to run our hiring. Only the people involved in that see it. Our email is provided by Google, which stores it for us.

We keep an application only for as long as we need it for our hiring, and we delete it when you ask. Other emails are kept for as long as we need them to deal with what you asked about.

Some pages have buttons that open your own email or messaging app with a message ready to send. Pressing one sends nothing to us. What you send, and to whom, is up to you.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and Google, which provides our email. We use no other service that receives your information, and we share it with no one else, except where the law requires it or to deal with abuse of the site.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over the personal information we hold about you, such as seeing it, correcting it or having it deleted. To use them, write to contact@deeptech.works. You do not need an account, and we will ask only for what it takes to find your information.

This site is intended for a professional and student audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If the site changes in a way that affects your information, such as adding a form, an analytics tool or a new service, we will update this policy and the date above in the same change.
